Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

- The product must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Only earrings that are defective, damaged during transit, or mismatched are eligible for return/exchange, due to hygiene reasons.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry.
- Items bought during a sale or promotional offer.
- Earrings that show signs of being worn or tampered with.
How to Request a Return/Exchange:
- Email us at ask@vipjewar.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Mention your Order ID, attach product images, and explain the reason for return/exchange.
- Our team will verify the request and respond within 24-48 hours.
- Once approved, you’ll receive return pickup instructions or exchange confirmation.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- In case of exchange, we will ship the replacement product at no additional cost.
Shipping Charges:
We do not charge for shipping on exchanged products.
Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or wrong.
