At VIPJewar, we value your satisfaction and want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help!


Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Only earrings that are defective, damaged during transit, or mismatched are eligible for return/exchange, due to hygiene reasons.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry.
  • Items bought during a sale or promotional offer.
  • Earrings that show signs of being worn or tampered with.

How to Request a Return/Exchange:

  1. Email us at ask@vipjewar.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Mention your Order ID, attach product images, and explain the reason for return/exchange.
  3. Our team will verify the request and respond within 24-48 hours.
  4. Once approved, you’ll receive return pickup instructions or exchange confirmation.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • In case of exchange, we will ship the replacement product at no additional cost.

Shipping Charges:

We do not charge for shipping on exchanged products.

Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or wrong.
